Broccoli Garlic Sauté
2 tsp. olive oil
4 cups chopped broccoli, steamed tender crisp
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 cup julienne roasted red bell pepper

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add broccoli, garlic and oregano. Sauté over medium high heat, stirring, 3 minutes, until garlic is golden. Add bell pepper to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes.

Makes 4 Servings
