Petite Peas and Pearls
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen petite peas, thawed
1/2 cup pearl onions
2 (3 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
4 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in a large saucepan and brown onions in butter; add peas, mushrooms, oregano and salt and pepper to the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
