Mom's Corn Pudding
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 rounded Tbsp. of flour
1 level tsp. salt
1 level tsp. pepper |
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream style corn (14 oz)
1 can niblet corn (14 oz)
2 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine (melted) |
Lightly grease a casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients together in the dish.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
Add crushed crackers over casserole during last 20 minutes
of cooking.
