Crisp Parmesan Asparagus
2 lb. fresh asparagus
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Blanch asparagus by placing in a large pan and adding enough water to just cover asparagus, boil until asparagus are cooked al dente.

Combine remaining ingredients together in saucepan and heat for several minutes.

Drain water from asparagus and pour cheese mixture over asparagus and serve immediately.
