Stuffed Mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. large fresh mushrooms
10 slices bacon
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 med. onion, finely chopped
seasoned salt to taste
1 1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.

Fry bacon crisp, and crumble. Mix bacon with the mayonnaise, onion and seasoned salt.

Generously stuff mushrooms with the bacon mixture; place them in a single layer in a greased baking dish. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 325 degree F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
