Spaghetti Sauce
2 cans (28 oz each) tomatoes, whole or crushed with puree
2 cans (6 oz each) tomato paste
1 huge onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced or equivalent in powder or pre minced form
1/2 cup burgundy wine
1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried pepper flakes
a handful of sun dried tomatoes (6-8), soaked in hot water and chopped

Put the tomatoes and tomato paste in the crockpot, set at low.
Sauté the onion and garlic in some water or broth. When onions are translucent, add to the tomatoes. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Cover, cook for 8-10 hours.
