Turkey Gravy
1 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup degreased turkey drippings
1/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt margarine in a medium size heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
Gradually add broth, drippings, wine, and salt, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened.
Serves: 2

Yield: 2-1/3 cups (serving size: 1/3 cup).
