Spicy Mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup malt vinegar
2 egg whites, lightly beaten

Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over medium low heat 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.

Serves: 16
Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
