Strawberry Salsa
2 cups strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup avocado, seeded, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, coarsely choppes, seeded
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lime peel, finely shredded
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 to 2 tablespoons jalapeno chile pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely cracked
In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
Makes 12 (1/4 cup servings).
