Pico De Gallo
3 large tomato, Diced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 large onion, Diced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. jalapenos, Diced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, Chopped
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients together in large container until well blended. Allow sitting for at least 6 hours, it is better if allowed to sit overnight.
Serve with tortilla chips, hamburgers, chicken, your choice!
