Oriental Salsa
4 large Vine ripened tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. Sesame seed oil
1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 Chopped Thai chili pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. Chopped scallions
2 Tbsp. Chopped red onions
1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
Yield: 4 servings
