Fiesta Corn Salad
1 pound package frozen corn
15 1/2 oz. kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup salsa
3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cumin

Prepare corn according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine hot corn and all remaining ingredients; mix until well blended.
Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings

Per serving: 100 cal, 0.5g fat, 0 mg chol, 240 mg sodium
