French Spinach Salad
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup goat cheese (or feta)
1 Italian sausage cooked
1/4 cup almonds |
12 radish
2 tsp. peanut oil
1 tsp. salt |
Wash spinach under water. Wash radishes and cut them in
circles.
In a bowl put the peanut oil, and salt. Set aside.
Cut the cheese finely; and cut the sausage finely.
Put the sauce (peanut oil and salt) on the spinach. Put
the radishes and sausage.
Serve with a bread.
