Fresh Spinach Salad
1 lb fresh spinach, cleaned and torn
4 plum tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced (more if desired) |
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil |
In a large bowl combine the spinach, tomatoes and garlic.
In small bowl combine the salt, vinegar and olive oil,
pour over the spinach mixture and toss gently.
