Chicken Salad
2 C. chopped Cooked Chicken
1 C. chopped Celery
1 C. Seedless Grapes cut in half
1/2 C. chopped Almonds, toasted
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin Oranges, drained |
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Grated Onion
1/4 tsp. Salt
Lettuce Leaves |
Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Combine
mayonnaise, onion, and if desired, salt, add to chicken mixture stirring
gently. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
