Tomato Salad with Mint and Spring Onions
4 firm red tomatoes
6 Spring Onions (scallions)
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder, optional

Peel tomatoes and cut into thin wedges. Finely slice spring onions and chop mint leaves.
Mix other stuff until sugar is dissolved, combine and mix lightly. Cover and chill.
