Imperial Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 stick butter (or margarine)
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil (or both)
dash of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Melt butter and mix with garlic in shallow bowl.

Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, herbs, salt and pepper in another shallow bowl.

Dip chicken into butter/garlic mixture then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place in casserole or on baking sheet.

Bake at 350° F. for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is done.
