Chicken Teriyaki
2 pcs. of chicken thighs
2 Tbsp. of Mirin*
2 Tbsp. of soy sauce

Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a pan and Place Chicken skin down and fry over medium heat.
When the skin turns golden brown, then turn it until cook through. Add Mirin & Soy sauce and turn Chicken repeatedly. When sauce thickens, remove Chicken from the pan.
