Onion Roasted Chicken
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.) |
Preheat oven to 450° F.
In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close
bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken is evenly coated.
In 13X9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken,
breast side up; discard bag.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer
pink, basting halfway through.
