Pecan Chicken
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika |
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup melted butter |
Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken in milk and roll
in dry mixture. Melt butter. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour butter
over top. Bake at 400° F. for 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
