Stuffed Pork Chops
6 extra thick pork chops
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. sage
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shortening or oil

Cut pockets in bone side of the pork chops.

Mix remaining ingredients together except for the grease.

Stuff the pork chops with the mixture. Brown lightly in the shortening. Place in a 9x13" baking dish, and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes and chunky apple sauce and a side salad.
