Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops
8 pork loin chops about 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup olive oil
fresh ground pepper
fresh rosemary sprigs

Place pork chops in a large baking dish and cover with olive oil, fresh ground pepper and a fresh rosemary sprig on each pork chop. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side with rosemary on top. Cook until pink is just gone but do not overcook as this will dry out the meat.
