Oatmeal Pie
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. quick oatmeal
1/2 C. butter
3/4 C. dark corn syrup
1/2 C. coconut
2 eggs, well beaten
Mix all together and put in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° F. for 45-50 minutes.
