Grilled Chicken
1 1/2 cups chili sauce
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish |
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tsp. salt
4 chicken breast |
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken to the bowl, turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour, turning once. Broil or grill chicken, turning and basting often with the sauce still in the bowl. Cook until chicken is completely done. In small pan heat the remaining basting juice thoroughly to cook the chicken juices in it and serve with the chicken.
