Rice and Beef Oriental
Makes 4 servings
3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup scallions, cut diagonally into 1" pieces
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 1/2 c Water
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. French's Spice Your
Rice Beef and Onions Flavor Seasoning
1 1/2 cups Rice

Sauté beef in oil in large skillet until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes. Add water, sherry, soy sauce and seasoning mix. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
