Oven Barbecued Chicken
2 1/2 -3 pound cut up broiler fryer chicken*
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 Tbsp.. honey
2 Tbsp.. sauce |
1 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce |
Place chicken, skin sides up, in an ungreased rectangular pan 13x9x2". Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and bake in 375° F. oven 30 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken; bake uncovered until thickest pieces are done. about 30 minutes longer.

Good served with coleslaw, garlic bread, and red potatoes.
* You can remove skin if desired for a lower fat version
