Crockpot Tomato & Beef
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can corn (16 oz) drained |
2 cans tomato soup, regular or Italian style
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper |
Brown ground beef and drain off any fat. Set aside.
Cook macaroni according to directions on package for
"al dente" or about 1/2 regular cooking time. Put browned beef, cooked
macaroni & remaining ingredients in crockpot & stir.
Cook on low 8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
