Mix baking mix, hot water and oil until dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let stand 8 minutes. Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450° F. Grease cookie sheet or 12 inch pizza pan. Pat or press dough into 13 inch circle on cookie sheet,
using hands dipped in baking mix; pinch edge, forming 1/2 inch edge. Or
press in pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce over crust; top with pepperoni,
bell pepper rings and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
