Easy Ham 'n Swiss Pie
2 cups cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
1 cup shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 cups milk
4 eggs |
1 cup Bisquick® Original baking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Tomato slices, if desired
Green bell pepper rings, if desired |
Heat oven to 400° F. Grease glass pie plate, 10x1
1/2 inches.
Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate. Stir remaining
ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40
minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
Garnish with tomato slices and green bell pepper rings.
