Beef Marinade
1/3 to 1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced |
ground cumin (1 tsp., or more)
ground coriander (1 tsp., or more)
1 in. piece ginger, grated or 1 tsp. dry ginger |
Mix above ingredients well and pour over flank steak in
a flat dish. Leave all day or over night in marinade, turning frequently.
Put the steak in a zip lock bag and dump the marinade in, and just flip
the bag over every hour or so, at room temp or in refrigerator over night.
Drain and barbecue or oven broil for 5-6 minutes per side.
