Ginger Marinade II
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 small carrot, peeled, minced
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 Tbsp. sweet red pepper, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ginger root, minced
2 small scallions, chopped
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
