Ginger Marinade I
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 onion, halved and sliced |
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. rosemary
dry red wine |
Put in dish just big enough to hold the meat. Add a dry
red wine until meat is 3/4 covered. Turn often.
