GRILLED SOY LEMON HALIBUT
2 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger

Mix all ingredients together in the dish the fish will be marinated. Add fish and turn to coat with marinade. Cover dish and chill at least one hour or as long as two hours, turning occasionally. Broil fish or grill 4"-6" over hot coals with the barbecue covered.
