Dry Beef Spice Rub for Smoking
3/4 cup Paprika
1/2 cup Ground black pepper
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Chili powder |
2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Onion powder
2 Tsp. Cayenne (red) pepper
1 Tsp. Dry mustard |
Mix. Store the rub in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Keep in a cool, dark place.
