1 cup fat free chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
3 Tablespoons curry powder
1 cup water
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon ginger
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Place all ingredients in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes.
Scrape sides of blender occasionally. Store in air tight container for
up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Use on chicken. Mix well before using. Makes
3 cups.
