Ancho Chile Rub
1 1/2 dried ancho chiles
1/2 Tbsp. mild chili powder
1 Tbsp. hot chili powder
1 Tbsp. Chimayo chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chipotle paste

Combine in large bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
