Drunken Chicken Marinade
1 to 2 oz sage, more or less to taste
1 to 2 oz coarse black pepper, more or less to taste
1 to 3 cups hard apple cider or vodka
3 oz soy sauce
garlic, optional
cayenne pepper, optional
canned chiles and tomatoes, optional
A-1 sweet and tangy sauce, optional
Sriracha sauce, optional

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat to be marinated. The estimated amount above marinates about 2 1/2 to 3 lb. of chicken. Marinate in tightly sealed dish at minimum for 1 1/2 hours to overnight.
