Polo Loco Marinade
2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lime juice
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped		 1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over raw chicken and let soak for up to 4 hours. Grill on the bbq.
