Irish Stout Marinade
12 oz bottle Irish Stout or Porter (flat)
1 Tbsp. dried basil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 med. onion

Combine all ingredients in a blender and homogenize.  After  marinating meat for 24 hours, combine steak and marinade in a baking dish deep  enough to cover steak half-way.  Bake at 450° F. for 45 minutes or to taste.  Grill and BBQ at your own discretion.
