Sour Cream Potatoes
2 lb. hashed brown potatoes, defrosted
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 pint sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups corn flakes
1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix hash browns, butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Place in baking dish. Top with cornflakes. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
