Fruit Chewies
2 med. ripe bananas
2 egg whites
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups rolled oats

Mash bananas, leaving a few chunks. Mix in egg whites, then dates and raisins. Stir in oats till moist. Set aside 10 minutes. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookies sheets. Slightly flatten with back of the spoon.

Bake at 350° F. for 20-25 minutes. Cool, then store in an airtight container. Store in fridge or freezer.
