Artichoke Dip
2-14 oz cans artichokes, drained, chopped
1/2 cup low fat/ fat free sour cream
2 cups fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup Marsala or sherry wine
3 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and spoon into a greased oven-proof casserole.
Bake in a preheated 350° F. (180° C.) oven for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately with crackers, raw vegetables, or toast points.
