Lanai Pasta Salad
1 can (20 oz.) Pineapple Chunks
3 C. cooked Spiral Pasta
2 C. Sugar or Snow Peas
1 C. sliced Carrots
1 C. sliced Cucumbers
1/2 C. bottled low fat Italian salad dressing
1/4 C. chopped Cilantro or Fresh Parsley

Drain pineapple, reserve 1/4 cup of the juice. Combine pineapple and reserved juice with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
