In medium bowl, combine baking mix and wheat germ. Stir
in evaporated milk to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto floured surface;
knead 10 times, adding additional flour as necessary to keep dough from
sticking. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with floured 1 1/2 inch rounded
biscuit cutter; place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 450°
F. oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
