Lamb Loin Chops
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 (3 ounce) loin chops

Blend all ingredients except loin chops to make lemon sauce. Cover chops with lemon sauce and let marinate in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Grill chops to desired doneness.
