Big Fat Cookies
1 pkg. (18.5 oz.) yellow or devil's food cake
mix with pudding
1/2 c. water |
2 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate
chips |
Heat oven to 375° F. Grease cookie sheet with shortening.
Prepare the cake mix as directed on package, except use
1/2 cup water and 2 eggs. Omit salad oil. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons
3 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips.
Bake in 375° F. oven 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute,
then lift cookies to rack.
Yields: about 30 cookies.
