GRAHAM CRACKER SANDWICHES
3 graham crackers
peanut butter
ground cinnamon
1 small banana

Break each graham cracker into two squares. Use a table knife to spread each square lightly 
with some peanut butter. Sprinkle each with a little cinnamon. Peel the banana and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange the banana slices on half of the graham cracker squares. Top with the rest of the graham cracker squares, peanut butter side down. Press together gently. 
Makes 3.
