GRAHAM CRACKER SANDWICHES
3 graham crackers
peanut butter |
ground cinnamon
1 small banana |
Break each graham cracker into two squares. Use a table
knife to spread each square lightly
with some peanut butter. Sprinkle each with a little
cinnamon. Peel the banana and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange the banana
slices on half of the graham cracker squares. Top with the rest of the
graham cracker squares, peanut butter side down. Press together gently.
