Butter-Cup Icing
3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cream
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 or 3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine and beat until light and fluffy.
