Ice Cream Frosting
1 cup  milk
6 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup  shortening
1 cup  sugar
1 dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine milk and flour in small saucepan and cook together until very, very thick. Cool thoroughly. Cream shortening, sugar, and salt together, and add cooled flour and milk mixture. Beat together with mixer until light and fluffy. Add vanilla to taste Frost cake and cover with coconut.

FREEZES WELL.
