Chicken Broccoli Pockets
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of
Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets
1 medium carrot, shredded
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
3 pita breads (6"), cut in half, forming 2 pockets each |
MIX soup, water, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, broccoli,
carrot and chicken in saucepan. Heat through. SPOON chicken mixture into
pita pockets.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
